To develop a healthy and competitive spirit, games and sports form an important part of our School curriculum. Outdoor sports facilities have been further augmented by the newly acquired fields adjoining the main School premises. Cricket, basketball, volley ball, soccer, badminton, table tennis and chess are the sports being pursued in School. Physical training is compulsory for all children unless excused on medical grounds. Yoga for boys and aerobics for girls are included in the daily curriculum of the School.

Qualified staff are in-charge of games and physical education; occasionally special arrangements are made to appoint coaches from the outside.
Over the years a number of students have achieved a high standard of excellence in many of the sports and have been chosen to represent Dehra Dun District as well as Uttaranchal State.
The School is divided into four Houses which regularly compete with each other, thereby developing an enthusiasm for sports and a spirit of healthy competition.

Sports Day is an annual event of importance generating a great deal of fervour and excitement.
